Head of development?

I talked with Takagi-san, a colleague of mine at my previous employer, the multinational iGate Global Solutions. He's a young guy (maybe 2 years or so older than me), but interested in moving out of the company, and starting a business on his own or as a freelancer. Told him about the business and about the various job opportunities I have coming up over sushi on Saturday night. He seemed interested, although cautious to give any commitment as he didn't have any hard details. I asked him to send me an email and I would get back to him with the details. If he could act as head of development, and Takei-san as head of marketing/sales, with Mike as head of design, then we could really get started...
