Problems, problems

* Finished the plans and seen that we don't have that much time left before June/July when we kick off the service. Most importantly, we need some people in development before the month of March starts, as we need to get the alpha version out by April and the beta by June. The actual service will kick off gradually from July onwards.
* Talked to Mike today, seeming to have some problems with the money coming though his side... but I have to hand the money in before Monday next. What am I going to do? We can't let this deadline run by. Without it, I doubt I'll get my salary and may just get pushed over the side.
* Talked to Laurent, not sure when he can meet up, but got to get this patent off the ground first. It's taking so long...
