Seattle goes mobile networking

* A pretty interesting news story on a few Naviblog-like services taking off in the States, and how popular they are becoming. Services like Friendster, Dodgeball or MySpaces on the phone allow users to find out about the status of your friends.

A few real life experiences, how sending text messages to each other about where you are or where you are going is so "cool": quite an entertaining article actually.

It's good to know some companies are laying down the basics of location-based social networking and getting a good following based on that. I suggest you keep on texting guys... as Naviblog rumbles towards you.
