* Yearly pay is 2.59m yen, 5% profit share incentives (paid in December of the year), one year renewable contract. Monthly pay is 200,000yen and the rest is paid in two 'bonus' installments of 96,000yen, 6 months and 12 months after joining (i.e. for joinees in March, August '05 and February '06). Standard public holidays only, no overtime or social security benefits.
