* Decided on the standard picture and screen sizes for NB, so that it can be displayed on a maximum of models. Looking to the future, the service will only be available to 16 models, most of them the WIN Series phones, and that can use/display a standard pic size of 120*160 and a standard screen size of 225*262, to fit all these screens.
* Also have to add in anti-virus software for the 3 Linux servers, which costs from 50k to 180k yen. Moreover, need to get a test mobile phone for testing the service out and about town. Need to get an estimate for this one too...
