As they say back home, "finally went and done it". I've finally gotten around to putting together some of my favorite rock tunes, mostly old, old stuff. No small feat I might add... I knew that I'd have to endure some ribbing from the other resident dj's but what the fuck, I am going for it. We all have this type of music stuffed way down in ITunes anyway in a folder titled "do not touch". Hope this teaches these guys that its okay to step out of line some times, something I think we're all forgetting how to do (especially me).
Anyway, look for some of rock's greatest like: Billy Idol, Paul Simon, the Doors, AC DC, Eric Clapton, War, Tom Petty, Stevie Nicks, America, Alice Cooper, Jimi Hendrix, Canned Heat, Zeppelin and on and on... most of the stuff I grew up with. Way back then, it was Soul, Gospel, Blues and Jazz in the house and Rock and Country when outside hanging with my schoolmates. This is the type of rock that you never clear out of your playlist.
